Our restaurant

This is a central hub where bar, restaurant, and pool seemingly merge. From early in the morning to late at night, it’s the spot to enjoy locally inspired cuisine, pure food & authentic Greek flavors by our chef Dimitris. It’s also the meeting point for daily gatherings to chilled out evenings accompanied by a glass of fine Greek wine.

Non – hotel guests are more that welcome to join and fill us with their presence!

Our Head Chef Dimitris Paliouras

After a culinary journey in some well-known restaurants & hotels in Greece, Dimitris, our Head Chef is back to his hometown to present a unique menu of high gastronomy. The main concept is to combine the beloved flavors of Greek cuisine with the latest culinary techniques. Local fruits, herbs & vegetables which flourish in local gardens or nearby fields and products from local farmers, fishermen & butchers shape into hearty dishes to delight your taste buds.

Seasonal fruit, handmade baked treats, local products and authentic flavors of Greek cuisine will boost your energy for a dynamic start. Our buffet style breakfast is served everyday either in our sun kissed area for a pool view or in your room comfortness!

Poolside is where Anthemion’s heart beats. It’s the central spot where tranquility and relaxation meet the Mediterranean lifestyle creating a harmonious experience. Grab your refreshment and spend your time under the sun by the pool, experiencing the slow Mediterranean living.

Stretch out, lay back on your sunbed while sipping on something cold like a signature cocktail, mouthwatering refreshment, freshly squeezed juice, ice cold coffee or enjoying a light meal like salads and snacks by the pool.
